Sir one doubt, when first time PC1 wants to send any traffic it sends a broadcast ARP request. And in ARP request destination IP is mentioned. Then how come it's possible when switch don't understand IP how it is a allowing pc-1 traffic with IP destination ?

Switches operate at Layer 2 of the OSI model, meaning they handle MAC addresses, not IP addresses. When PC1 sends an ARP request, the request is broadcast to all devices within the same network. The ARP request includes the IP address of the destination, but the switch doesn't need to understand the IP address. It simply forwards the ARP broadcast frame to all connected devices, allowing the device with the matching IP address to respond with its MAC address. Once the MAC address is known, the switch can use it to forward subsequent frames directly to the correct device.
