This man is very good but he is overlooking one aspect, that is the demand of the corrupt system. Individual selection and indoctrination means they invariably succumb to the pyramid system. Sewak Singh & Sikh Syasat are all worthy of praise and huge thanks

Agree, that demand of the corrupt system can make the “employee of that system” succumb to the pressure of the system. But what he is saying is that there are numerous aspect where an individual - without being “employee of the system” - can contribute on his/her own. That is the aspect where we, as individuals and as group, should plan + work + deliver.

ਹੱਲ ਵੀ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ ਵਿਡੀੳ ਚ….. ਕਿ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੈਵਲ ਤੇ - ਭਾਵੇਂ ਨਿੱਕਾ ਮੋਟਾ ਹੀ ਸਹੀ - ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰੀਏ। ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਦੀ ਲਾਈ ਲੱਗ ਨਾਲ ਨਾ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਤੇ ਨਾ ਕੋਈ ਕੰਮ। ਸਗੋਂ ਆਪਾ ਦੂਜਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਲਾਂਭਾ ਦੇਣ ਲੱਗ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਛੋਟੀ ਟੀਮ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਖੁਦ ਕੰਮ ਸਿਰਜਣੇ ਪੈਣੇ ਨੇ, MLA MP ਦੀ ਭਰਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਂ ਚਾਪਲੂਸੀਆਂ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ।
