Ingredients:
For Ghugni Masala:
1. Whole Jeera | Cumin Seeds- 1 tbsp.
2. Whole Dhone | Coriander Seeds- 1 tbsp.
3. Sukno Lonka | Red Chilli Whole- 4 pcs.
For Ghugni:
1. Matar | Yellow Peas- 200gm
2. Aloo | Potato- 1 medium sized
3. Ginger Paste- 1/2 tsp.
4. Green Chilli Paste- 1/2 tsp.
5. Tomato- 1 medium sized (Chopped)
6. Jeera | Cumin Seeds_ 1/4th tsp.
7. Hing | Asafoetida- 1/4th tsp.
8. Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp.
9. Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder- 1/2 tsp.
10. Special Ghugni Masala- 1/2 tbsp.
11. Garam Masala- 1/4th tsp.
12. Dhone Pata | Coriander Leaves- 1 tbsp (Chopped)
13. Oil- 2 tbsp
14. Salt- as per taste
15. Sugar- As per taste
