Don't put yourself down man I think that turned out beautiful my friend! That fade was just subtle enough to make a difference and the addition of the new wheels and the detailing you did on the interior pulled it all together very nice! Hi, Mark! Opening holes in the axle tubes for glue isn't original with me, but it's a great tip. It keeps the wheels from getting glued tight on the ends and therefore not rolling. Thanks for watching, as always, and I appreciate you and your support! 🍁

Hey, RJ! Thanks for the feedback on the SLS. Siku generally make very detailed castings. I like them a lot. Glad you got yourself one. And guess what I got in the mail today? Two Ferraris from Mississauga! That didn't take long at all. I've got a Ferrari special video coming out on June 21st and I would have loved to have had the F40 in time for that (it was posted last week with a scheduled release date). It's my first one. This one actually looks real good in my hand and would probably do just fine on a shelf too. It's those unforgiving super closeups that expose every flaw. The fade looks fantastic on my android phone and I'm not one to nitpick a spec here or there, that's for sure. I think you nailed the wall street night cruiser look and absolutely improved it from the original yellow and black stripes. I was not aware of the explosive bolts that blast the door off!!! Could you imagine? Kind of scary when you think of it to be riding around with shot gun shells embedded in the structure! I guess those guys had a little mad max in themselves 😂 great video my friend 👊✌

Thanks, Jay! This one sat in the box for a while just because it looked so bad in yellow. Kind of chunky. I took this one on as a challenge. I think the colour change made the difference here. Still working on my fade techniques, but hey, we're all learning and improving with each build, right? I totally understand what you mean about sharing it no matter what. From time to time I go back and watch my fist video as a reminder that I'm getting better. It's very satisfying to be able to look back and see how far you have come. I still have alot of catching up to do with your channel and as we are pushing 900 subscribers, the finish line is getting closer and closer to 1000. Not bad at all, this car, in my opinion, pulls the best modern approach to the 300sl's style since the 60's. The SLR tries the same but it is too agressive in the same manner the CLS GTR look like it want's to murder you, twice! Stay safe, cheers.
