Richard you must write down a list of all these things the experts are Suggesting you and the Contractors need. "trailers with floor belts" now. The list is growing haha

Richard, tell all the "experts" that as soon as they can figure out a way for everybody to get the money for all their suggestions you guys will be more than happy to do them, as long as it is not to borrow which could cost everything for all of you

3rd comment yay.Always love your videos. keep it up.Just a suggestion but could you get some go-pros that you could attach to the the tractor and you could make some time lapses of what ever your doing like drilling or fertilizing.

If you don’t mind me asking how much does it cost u to hire all these guys in to do the raking and carting ?
@xdclears56036 жыл бұрын
It'll be about, £9/hr for each of the men, £11 a tonne of silage that comes in. so each trailer that comes in will be approx £170. So if they are working for about 6 hours £216 wages for the four contractors. and £170 x the number of trailer loads. Approximately. The £ per tonne could be wrong though.. This is just an estimate
@stubarry32066 жыл бұрын
We are normally charged by the acre , £44 per acre for the whole operation , mowing, raking, harvesting, carting, buck raking,

Shame the contractor doesnt have silage trailers with floor belts. They could then unload straight into the pit.
@thefunkyfarmer6 жыл бұрын
never seen anybody use those. It better to dump it outside then you have better control where to place it
@johntownley10596 жыл бұрын
MetalGovy they are more expensive more to go wrong and they take forever to unload
