Love the 1917 Enfield. I unlocked it and it became my best weapon in about a week with almost 800 kills. I've topped the scoreboard as mvp many times with it. I think it's because the ironsights really click with me.

Two questions about the Enfield. 1) What do you think of its sweet spot? Since it has a silence I believe a good way to engage the enemy would be flanking them (at a reasonable distance, nothing too close)? 2) Also, what mag options does it have? Thanks and good vid as always :)

That sounds like they're trying to make it "silenced" and the lack of a "crack" of the bullet ripping the air seems like they are implying it's using subsonic rounds. Which to my knowledge, neither of those things were used in WW1. Subsonic round basically meaning the bullet velocity would be very low (343 m/s) so you would have to lead your shots, to compare it to another BF1 gun, it would be a slower bullet then even the Martini.

A gun can never be truly silenced. Even if you have a huge suppressor and subsonic ammunition it still makes noise. The super quiet muffled sound of the explosion is still audible, and the clicking of the gun's mechanics is also heard. That is why irl guns and suppressors are never called silencers or silenced. A gun can never be truly silenced. It can only be suppressed.

Just me that doesn't get the point of the silencer? Yeah, might be good for close range as they may think it's coming from the distance as they can't hear it that good but the scope is a great idea. Love my weapons to have scopes.

When getting shot at by this suppressed enfield it's much quieter than the other rifles and it's much harder to tell where you're being shot from plus the non suppressed rifles give off much more flash and smome when they shoot.
