@@justanothergunnerd8128 all companies have hiccups. But how they choose to handle them is really important. If dead air issued a public statement apologizing for the errors in their cans and offered to replace Sierra 5s then I’d still respect them as a company. But when it comes to a tool that people trust their lives with customers shouldn’t have to worry about it failing and hoping the company fixes it when it does fail.

I have had 0 issues with my pre KGMADE cans. Dead air had some QC issues when KH Made was pushing out stock. There is no denying that. But they even took care or issues caused by customers who bought non concentric aftermarket brakes. There was definitely some growing pains. But they are making it right. They take care of their customers. And if you’re quoting Reddit as your source. A anti gun and anti 2A forum. Your argument is invalid.

So you had a problem with something that wasn't a Sierra 5? Because it'd have taken them much much longer to take care of a Sierra 5. DA has been an absolute shit show with the Sierra. Sad to see a once reputable company go to such complete shit in such a short time. They've got a lot of rebuilding of customer relations to do before i buy another DA can. I'd hate to know i paid close to $1k and waited a year for something that starts to disintegrate within 500tds. And then when a ton of people have the same issue all at once DA deletes their social media's to hide from the backlash. And then take months to fix those cans. And then continue to hide from it and refuse to address it, like it didn't even happen (and still is happening - to some extent) That's hard to come back from. I was looking at a nomad, and the new one looks pretty good, but I'm just not trusting DA anytime soon - if ever.

email their support. they have answered my questions within a day or two depending on how busy they are. I had some questions about direct threading nomad 30 on my 300blk (Daniel Defense 300black pistol) and they gave me a damn good run down of the pros and cons.
