DKC music is _always_ a treat to the ears ^_^ And hey, loved that the Beezo guards instigated the second chase, and the switches were another great nod. I hadn’t realized that Daisy’s spears were a reference to the Beezo spears, but in hindsight it’s such a great replacement for Undyne’s spears that I’m surprised it took me this long to make the connection! The more SMB2 references, the better :3 Very curious what this cave is going to be, though. Compared to Undertale this part clearly parallels Frisk falling off the bridge, and it’s been implied the Kongs will be the replacement for the original run’s “Napstaboo...” are we going to see those Funky Monkeys in the near future, perhaps? :D
