"Honorary" Otherworld shift, as it's not traditional in nature. James finds a stairway at a burned wall in the museum, leading into nonsensical corridors, pits, and a prison that has been demolished for decades.

If you look at it in the right way, it looks like James is walking on a normal floor while leaning really far back lmao

I wonder if Metal Gear Solid 3 took inspiration from the descending stairs in silent hill 2 for the ladder sequence.
@antoniodesimone84596 ай бұрын
I think yes. Also both games end similar with a mercy kill on a female final boss.

For those who don't know, as James goes down through that long stairs that will lead it to the an old prison camp, we can hear something like a hornet or a trompet sound. Well, that's actually the sound of that historical ⛴️ named The Little Baroness that went missing in the Toluca lake.

Well man, I did a research about the story of Toluca Lake and the 🛳️Little Baroness. As I watching the videos about that🛳️, I just notice the sound that the 🛳️ was doing. Then it came so rapidly in my mind that part of SH 2 when James descend that Historical Society, and that sound that we hear through the hall way down. At first I didn't have any inch of idea of what or where that sound of that supposed trompet was or came from, which made me so terribly curious.@@Boarder4892

The sound that sounds like a horn is taken from the X-Files episode "All Things" (s07e17), when Scully has that vision at 34:40
