@@sethisevilone02 yeah SH2 is such a wonderful game, really nothing else like it. skipping dialogue, looking at certain inventory items, how you manage your stamina, whether or not you’ve unlocked other endings. It’s one of the few games where “your actions have consequences” actually holds true rather than just dialogue trees or whatever

Not entirely, the 3 main endings used a points system. Certain actions gave you a point towards each ending (Leave, Maria, and In Water,) and whichever ending you had the most amount of points towards was the ending you got. Actions towards one ending remove points towards the others. You actually start off with 5 points towards Leave, 3 towards Maria, and 2 towards In Water, so the game sets you up with the most points in the most positive ending. Then there's the secret endings which were completely different.
