The Crew of Uboat U-473 is back in ww2 playing Silent Hunter 5. Our Uboat is tasked with hunting as part of a Wolfpack in the Atlantic Air Gap also known as the Black Pit!. Our Uboat will battle WW2 Warships and aircraft who have one job to hunt us down! Can we survive to sink merchants...time will tell!

How about gamma-setting somewhere _between_ those you tried? It was too dark at the beginning but then it was way too bright, everything was just gray imo. First time I've seen your video with gamma issues actually. Have you changed your hw setup or why so? Anyway, I like your style so keep up the good work!

The tonnage numbers for cargo ships seem quite low. 7600 ton for a Victory ship? Wikipidia says they displace 15200 tons at full load. So Either the ship was empty or something is off.

How is this modsetup gonna work with uplay version? I tried mod this game before but kinda just gave it up. Might just be my impatience and not reading the mod instructions well enough. But I find this game harder to mod proper than sh3 and sh4.

Is it beginner difficulty arcade mode ? Stand 1500m from a destroyer and not get detected ? Torp the destroyer and the other ships dont change course nor zigzag ?

Agree about flying flags on ops! I would have thought U-boat skippers would strike the colours and only fly on return to port for refit and/or resupply in real life. They just get in the way of the flak gunners otherwise and all that sea water cannot be good for the fabric.
