Silent mutations occur when there is a mis-incorporation of nucleotide in DNA which results in no change in the amino acid sequence during protein synthesis.

Bikash Das he is saying third nucleotide will not effect the aa sequence so it will code for valine as it previously does Not for histidine Since it is a silent mutation

Codons are universal a amino acid can have more tha one codon such his. which has CAA and CAT but a single cofon does not code for more than one amino acid. So CAT only can not codes both val and his. CAT only codes his. not val.
