I lost my place, my girl and I broke up, and I was in deep pain from my friends betraying me. I started fasting and I only played this song for 4 days. I rededicated and surrendered my life to Jesus. It was through this video God spoke to me the most. I’ll never be the same. Yes I lost everything, but I gained so much more!!!!!

We can get caught up in the things of this earthly life (even good &/or necessary things like relationships, jobs, etc). It’s easy to fall into the pattern of putting them 1st … but when we put the things of this world 1st, we aren’t living up to our privileges or potential. It’s when we put Him 1st that we see the miracles. We are loved and He knows exactly what we need to draw us closest to Him, (so He can more fully bless us), even when it takes losing the things of this world we value most.

legally adopted child was able to claim inheritance. Joseph had his lineage to David through to Solomon the rightful heir of David's throne. Mary had her lineage I believe through Nathan giving Jesus David's DNA. So Jesus could lay claim legally through Joseph's claim of him as his son and legally as having the DNA of David. But this is all logistics and semantics considering that Jesus brought all things into being and by his hand all things are held together. In other words Jesus made David. So it's all rather a silly argument

I have a question. Why does One for Israel ascribe to the view that Jesus was born of a virgin when this idea is rooted in Paganism? For example, there were people who were alleged to be born of virgin births from pagan gods: Alexander who was alleged to be born from the pagan god zeus Romulus who was said to be born from the pagan god mars Augustus who was said to be born from the pagan god apollo Doesn't Justin Martyr, the 2nd century Christian apologist say that the birth of Jesus without sexual union is the same as the pagan god Jupiter? I mean, the whole pagan myth made its way into Christianity because Matthew was using the Septuagint which translates the Hebrew word עלמה/Almah as Parthenos which usually but not always means virgin but in Hebrew, the word עלמה does not mean virgin. Most Christian Bibles don't translate the word עלמה/Almah as virgin whenever its used throughout the Bible except in Isaiah 7:14. Isn't that evidence of the Christian translators, changing the word of G-D to promote this pagan idea? I mean, how can the birth of Jesus be a sign to Ahaz who lived 7 centuries earlier? Wasn't the whole idea of the virgin birth of late origin, as it is not mentioned in 25 out of 27 books of the new testament? Why don't any of the church fathers mention it until the 2nd century? Doesn't Justin Martyr say that the virgin birth was rejected by the Jewish christians? So why does One for Israel continue to promote this idea which is Pagan in origin and does not originate in the Hebrew scriptures?

I love you how you said that the magi chased down the star from Heaven...The bright and shining morning star...The Light...The Word of God become flesh. "Therefore since you have been raised with Christ Jesus, set your hearts on the things above where Christ is seated at the right hand of the Father. Set your mind on the things above, not on the things of earth. For you have died and your life is hidden in Christ Jesus. When Christ Jesus, who is our life is revealed, we will also be revealed with Him in glory." Colossians 3:1-4 It was also so beautiful to hear them singing together in Hebrew and Arabic and English.
@courtneyliar2 жыл бұрын
I have a very serious question about the magi following the star from heaven. According the gospel of Matthew, the magi were led by the star until they reached Jerusalem where they inquired about where the child was born. That's a bit odd isn't it? Why did they need to go to Jerusalem to inquire as to where the child was born if they could have just continued following the star as the story goes on to say?
@st.clairdancing20942 жыл бұрын
@Moshe, it's very interesting that they did not come in time for the birth of our Lord, because no where in the 4 gospels does it say they were there that night. But it does say that after they arrived and made inquiry, that they star reappeared and led them to wherever Joseph and Mary were staying, and by this time it could have been up to two years. They would have been back in Nazareth, and then when the Magi left, they were warned in a dream and Herod was furious which is when Mary and Joseph fled to Egypt in the Jewish communities down in the land of Egypt. The gospel of Luke gives us a little more of the historical setting, that when the Magi were led to the child Yeshua, the found the child and they had knocked on the door. So they were not in Bethlehem at that time. Luke's account through the Holy Spirit tells us that their was at least two years that Jesus was growing in Nazareth.
