Hi, thanks for your comment! About learn...I don't know what level of music you are currently at, this is important to know if you are ready to start a higher level, however, if you are ready, I would advise you to start studying advanced harmony and musical scales, after which this will help a lot to understand how to arrange and improvise any song. About studying advanced harmony there are many interesting books, I have heard good things about Dave Berkman's The Jazz Harmony Book, you can find it easily on Google search, and the price is around $35. Hope this helps.
