Someone sent me this book with the *intention* that I alter it. I have altered a book in the past in a long series of videos, and this gift was from someone who requested that I make something out of it. Also, I don't think making art out of it qualifies as "destroying" it. You're really mean, but I can't tell if you're a troll or not so I'm not blocking you YET.

I assumed it was from a subscriber/ friend- so I was just delighted and filled with joy. I guess if it had been like- a severed doll head or a bag of rusty nails or something I would have been more put off- but I understood the intent as one of respect, and it made me happier than I can possibly express.

You could even cut out pages behind the front pages to make rooms within the citadel, they would be originally hidden but then revealed as you turn pages and "slice" through the citadel. Might be cool

It would be awesome- sadly, the book is old, and the pages are very brittle- too much detail makes them crumble- I wanted to make it more detailed but the structure couldn't take it.

Are you sure that by "make something wonderful" the person didn't just mean to make a video involving the book? I dunno, the age of it and the name written inside...it seems like the kind of thing someone wouldn't want altered in such a way. It's amazingly creative and it looks brilliant, it just makes me slightly uncomfortable that someone out there might have had a sinking feeling watching this video
