The subs said it was made using Aegisub 3.2.2. It is basically a subtitle editing program mostly used* for creating unofficial subtitles by fans or so.

Not only that, people generally consider the video Kitty0706's magnum opus. What's more if you're REALLY out of the loop: Kitty's dead, and his death was really tragic. I never seen his vids when he was alive, but it's clear to see that he's beloved within the community (RIP). Going back to 1:20, I saw this as SilentManJoe saying that he wants to produce something as great as that, as beloved, but he realizes that's a tall order: I really can't imagine what kind of video can top Team Fabulous, but I can sympathize with the sentiment. I could be completely wrong and is looking far into it, but that's just my thoughts.
