In this video, I’ll show you how to quickly build a winter survival shelter for freezing nights in the wilderness, using natural materials like tree roots and branches. Join me and my dog as we face the cold under a starry sky, building a cozy shelter that will keep us warm even in the harshest winter conditions.
Watch as we cook a delicious salmon meal over the fire, making the most of our outdoor adventure. Whether you're into bushcraft, winter survival skills, or just love the great outdoors, this video will give you some great tips and inspiration!

This is the most realistic solution to SURVIVAL that I've seen in months. those log walls make all the difference and there's no need for anything more to be covered than the actual place to sleep. Great work!

then you dont know much about it. What you BETTER do is carry a hammock and the materials to make a Kochanski Supershelter. that can be arranged in about 5 minutes. Then you use a couple of alternative Swedish fire torches to ignite a Siberian fire lay. that takes about half an hour, then you'll be ok. even at -20F or colder. this other stuff, taking hours to get done,? no, man.

One of the smartest shelter builds I've seen in a while. Simple, yet effective. The fire block walls make a world of difference when keeping warm. They refect the heat back inside the shelter making it toasty on a cold winter night.

When a pack of wolves finds a camper in the woods, I imagine it’s like us finding an open convenience store on a lonely highway. “ You hungry bro? Yeah, I could eat”.
@tinamathews3379
@tinamathews3379 17 күн бұрын
That depends if the camper notices them in time, and can defend themselves. Remember, predators can't afford to get hurt. Also, fire scares them. There's only two directions that the wolves can attack from, as well. They ain't likely to jump over the fire. Remember, their fur burns quite easily.
@johnlennon8653
@johnlennon8653 17 күн бұрын
@@tinamathews3379You seem to be experienced, or have knowledge. Wolves, coyotes won’t attack humans unless they sense weakness. They seem to know that humans will fight back and we are a poor source of food for them. I’ve faced wolves in the past, and a couple of bears and moose. They rarely want to confront people, unless you are very injured or sick. Instinct with animals is something that you can not disregard. They may seem to be threatening, but if you look at how they act, many times it’s an entirely different thing than what you think.

But Sasquatch...... now that is an entirely different story. He'll just flat out eat you alive so you can watch as he's picking his teeth with your bones. Your screams won't help you either. That's just the dinner bell to attract more squatches.
@RealDallasFed
@RealDallasFed 2 күн бұрын
@@davearonow65 Bro, skunk ape don't fuck around. Native American tribes have had wars with em, no lie. When you come up on their camp...the stench of death and decay just might overwhelm you. Not to mention their speed and strength. Best to leave em be if you can, but don't go out into those woods without something that can take down a grizzly with only 2-3 shots, because you'd be lucky to get that.
