I find it interesting that both Nils Asther and Greta Garbo both died at the age of 84. He was oftentimes referred to as "The Male Garbo" was also from Sweden and were both good friends with many other associations. I would definitely find it interesting to read his biography and hope I can find it on the Internet or either get a book copy if it is in English. Nils Asther was an active painter and Garbo kept one of his paintings in her New York apartment which was sold at an Auction after Garbo's death. The painting was small and of an elephant! I bid on the painting (as the opening bid was $50.00) but sadly lost the bid as it sold for far more money.
