Do you have a video showing how to remove the old software? I've got a new machine (4) and will download the new software, but I'd like to remove the old software from my machine WITHOUT losing all my designs (stored in the library). Thanks! Love your videos.

Ugh I wish I did. I have so many issues with the software (mostly bc I need a new computer). None the less- your library will go with you when you update. You just store it to the silhouette cloud when you log in!

I received a Cameo 4 for Christmas also, but I can’t figure out how to use it!!! Can you please when you make your tutorials show us Cameo illiterate people how to use it!!! I would be sooo thankful it you did!!!

I’m struggling with everything!!! I go into to design like lettering and I’m lost!!! I need a tutorial that will walk me through to actually show me how to use it!!! Or even how to get started!!! I went on KZbin but actually skips the part on how to do fonts, that’s why I bought it in the first place cause you can make big signs like a scripture. Please if you can help me I would be thankful!! God bless!

Can you please do a video on how to set up page set options. Show how to load using the mat. The go over the pinch rollers where they need to be placed. My cuts are everywhere I think because It am not loading properly. Software version 4.4

I have a very old cameo and just got the Cameo 4. Will all of my files I already have transfer over and be able to be cut on the new machine? As well as all my old purchased files?

I just got my cameo 4 today upgrading from a 2. How do you get the Free subscription, I have the 100 free designs but no free subscription

No it won’t!!! Could I have downloaded something wrong? The only reason I got a Cameo was that it would print up to 10 feet.
