This thing is a nightmare. My results with a new blade using 33 force and blade depth of 8 on laminated sticker sheet resulted in half the stickers not cutting through, and the ones that did cut completely, turned out misaligned. I went back to the standard cutting mat, and everything worked perfectly. Not to mention this thing takes up more room than a couch. Sent it back. Glad it's working out for you though.

Yeah, I really wouldn't recommend the ES Mat at all for the reason of, it doesn't really make anything easier, it can disconnect very easily and as you said IS HUGE! Glad the overall machine is working though for you.
