Here I am... 8 years later watching this and trying to figure out what I have to do with my print and cut mat, and your method uses the regular mat and is much easier. The company's p&c mat is obviously for cutting any miscellaneous item, then you photograph it and send it somehow and it will cut it out. This is way easier, thanks!

Oh haha nope, it doesn't actually print. You'll need a regular printer for that part. But you can get the sketch pens to "draw" designs on paper using the Silhouette :)

wow...You nailed it down! Best and simplest print and cut tutorial. Just one Idea to make this video more polished, if you can please demonstrate how to load the cutting mat and make sure the bars are in the right place. I do follow all the instruction but my design always tend to be pushed to the right side of the mat going out of the cut border and on the left side I have emtpy space. I did the centre thing and it did not worked.
