Thank you for this video. My experience is that 3 brackets for up to 79" is not enough; when you pull on the shade, the pull side bracket is highly strained and often breaks the bracket prematurely. These brackets could also be made of metal or have reinforcements available for the pull side. Finally, the old bracket design allowed spacer blocks for deeper window jambs/sills (you mention using 3 as a maximum), but the new brackets do not. Do you know how I might use the spacers in the new bracket design and where I might find them?

@hotwheels071 Sadly they are all guilty of this, We are not Hunter Douglas, We are on your side. They leave many out in the cold, including us. We are a group of installers trying to professionalize our part of the food chain. We are also fixing, you can get a bracket/parts after warranty/retailer is gone. They just throw them away when they discontinue products to help you decide to purchase new shades. Some parts we can only buy so many per month. can u separate us from them in your comments
