Peggy Holds a degree in Fashion Design and Fashion Merchandising from Brigham Young University. As a mother to four sons, Peggy spends her time divided between teaching and creating new patterns for Silhouette Patterns, a line of contemporary patterns available to the home sewer. During her career she has taught college courses in pattern drafting and design. She professionally drafts patterns for individuals and manufacturers all across the country ranging from golf apparel to black tie performances. In addition to apparel designs, Peggy has designed the patterns of the costumes worn by the Mens Olympic Figure Skating Gold Medalist, Elvis Stojko.

So happy this was here as I am just making my first "real" 600; the pattern instructions and what you do in this video re: collar are not the same - glad I watched again - corners without trimming came out very well. Now on to the rest of the garment. Thanks for all you do to help us be successful!!

I am soooo glad that I found you! I have been sewing for nearly fifty years and have never really understood how to fit the pattern... now all of a sudden my sewing has just improved HUGELY. Thank you so much Peggy , I have learnt a lot about yoga pants and now I have the blouse pattern I am ready to start . Just a quick suggestion I think a pale or white fabric may be easier to see on video, but having checked the collar instructions in the pattern I now understand what you were doing. Thanks again ! That's not bcuz you're lazy, Peggy. That's bcuz it's easier to do work with. Having 3 or 4 sergers is just heavenly as changing threads are tiresome & time consuming.😊
