Our heads are made of 1/8th inch tempered hard board. We started out with colored foam sheets and moved to something much sturdier !

I use an industrial size laser cutter. We produce in such quantity it was necessary. They do Make table top versions however. Kind of like a Glowforge.

Pat Foos yes but they charge quite a bit for those. I get 4 circles in corrugated plastic for what Michaels and Hobby Lobby charge for 1 circle!❤️

Latrice Evans The corrugated plastic works with the ornament wreath just fine. I have started using it myself for my custom orders. I am actually finding I am preferring the foam board and plastic canvas for the deco mesh wreath instead of that plastic now
