A bit late to the party but thanks for this. I had been struggling with all the idiosyncrasies of EPSON Edge on a Windows dual boot on a mac. I noted in this video that you skipped Paper Handling but in selecting that option and checking the "Scale to fit paper size" box it then allowed me to select the 24 x 30 (Retain to Scale) option. Having done this, when I selected Printer Settings the correct paper sizes were pre-filled with size, roll etc so all I needed to change was the "MAX QUALITY" as you suggested

I cant seem to find the format for my pri ter option. I have removed and reinstalled both silhouette and the printer. When I go to file, page set up the option is not there. Any idea what I could be doing wrong

So quick question. I just bought the epson printer (yay!! And yet nervous at the same time 😂 😬) do the sublimation files once loaded into the silhouette software come set to the correct size for the tumblers or mugs?

Usually - but it depends on what and where you purchase. It will say if it's sized or not..but keep in mind not all tumblers are exactly the same dimensions.

It's likely you don't have the drivers installed. Try to re-install them and you should get the options

I know this video is a couple of years old but I've just started using Silhouett Design and trying to print on my F570. When I follow your directions and click on "print" from the file at top of the page it opens up in a silhouette preview page and doesn't bring up any printers to choose, etc. Help! LOL. I hope someone sees this.

It likely means your Silhouette software is set to preview the print job within the program instead of directly sending it to your printer; check your software settings to ensure the correct printer is selected and that the "Print to Printer" option is enabled.

Hey there, using a computer is always going to give you more options. Mobile softwares are going to be more limited.
