Hello, I really hope you're able to help, but I just updated the print utility but it doesn't print the correct colors. I already checked the nozzles and each one is printing fine but I send out a file to print it prints the wrong color. I don't know what else to do

Same! And there is NO help online. Customer Service is NON-EXISTENT-cannot get anyone available to help on the phone. Getting nowhere emailing back and forth for 3 days now and we have gotten NOWHERE. SO FRUSTRATING! Anyone wanna buy a SAWGRASS?!?! I regret this purchase 10000%!

Same - I have been going back and forth with customer service - they keep giving me different options to try (don't use photo use high quality; don't use metal use polyester, etc!) but the colors are not good! Can I just keep using Print Manager??? What did they do? I don't understand why the color settings are such a mess!!

My sawgrass is printing skewed designs on mug paper and when I do the registration it doesn't fix it. Does anyone know what I can do? The printer also seems to be making creaking and squeaking sounds suddenly, not sure if its related.

Hi Melissa, can you please tell me how wo fix the margins or white area around my print job? I am trying to print a mug on a 4 x 6 inch paper and want the whole area printed. I keep getting white boarders around certain areas, either on top or on bottom or on sides. I am sure it is a setting I am missing. Please help..... Thanks.

Yes, you can print from Canva with a Sawgrass printer by saving your design as a PNG and uploading it to the Sawgrass Print Utility

I am having a hard time with my color. I feel like I have tried EVERYTHING!! The ONLY thing I have found different is on your screen in Print Utility-Devices-to the right it says Model, Serial Number, Firmware Version, Driver Version, Print Count. On MY screen it doesn't say Driver Version. So I am wondering if I am missing a driver? How would I go about fixing this?

open your design, go to File > Print; in the print preview window, select your desired printer

i have been struggling with actually printing. designmate isn’t too different but my macbook doesn’t seem to speak to the print utility!

Make sure your printer is recognized as the Status is Available in the Print Utility. You may need to re-establish the connection

OMG!!!! I hooked up my printer this morning and immediately became intimated. I see a download that says Print Utility and when clicked it says Printmate???? I am so confused Once in create - How to add fonts and backgrounds if wanted to a file? Any software can be used to design and if saved on the device just send to the printer - correct? So much to learn 🤕 😰

Can I ask where you design your images from. I have always printed straight from Silhouette studio with SPM but since the new update its been a nightmare and keeps changing paper sizes etc. When I design in the SPU programme I can print up OK. How can I continue to print from Silhouette Studio with the new Sawgrass Print Utility programme ahhhhh

@ yup I was able to select cotton in print manager. I made the mistake of downloading the new all in one print utility and the cotton option and the option to select the forever sublimation paper is not in the update. I deleted print manager and I can’t find it so I can download it again

These are all individual file cabinets pushed together to form one long 'counter top." I have about 8 of them in my studio. How do I stop it from printing diamond designs over what I want to print? It doesn't show anything on the computer, It just prints out my design with diamond shapes on it.

You need to make sure you are using Sawgrass ink.

Why are they getting rid of Creative Studio, the colors are accurate and the prints are clear and bright. I hate that Sawgrass is getting rid of Creative Studio after January 2025
