I started taking it 2 weeks ago and my hair is already longer and fuller. I take a few swigs of it, all day long. You can take more than a tablespoon. The thing is, if your body has no collagen or silicon in it it would have to build up in your body, once it does, then, you start seeing results.

@@maplesden6768 Silica, also known as Silicon dioxide, is indeed classed as a nanoparticle (Nano) and is used for animal feed and as anticaking agent in vitamin supplements (lifeextension and many others add it to supplements). Silicon dioxide/Silica has been linked with kidney damage, autoimmune diseases, and rheumatoid arthritis. Is it safe? Unfortunately I'm still taking it. Tony Pantalleresco claims that baking soda could be used as a substitute for Silicon dioxide/Silica as a anticaking agent! By the way, the top supplying country is China with 98% of silica into Western Europe, North America, and Eastern Asia.

I am sorry. My ex best friend destroyed my hair and I had to shaver half my head and cut the rest into a pixie. Food grade DE is approx. 85 to 90 percent Silica, and has other trace minerals. It is very cheap as well.

It is good 4 U..if U ever have drinken coca cola from a aluminium can..IT DETOX ALUMINIUM..make U sharper & smarter is my gueass..don tell any1..but they use aluminium in vaccine like flushots..there is a link between aluminium & brain deseeses!
