Just FYI, be careful as someone told me that it can release aluminium back into your water, so I stopped using it. I think if it tumbles and grinds, now back to using rowaphos.

@reeferexplained8846 oh cheers. That might explain where the high Aluminium reading came from on my ICP test. I actually have some jammed into a reactor and the rest in a media bag laid in the return pump chamber. I might rip all this out when I get home then and get the one you're using asap 😀

@ReefDrama Oh wow, yes, me too had ICP test show high levels of metals and aluminium. I've also used this product cuprisorb by seachem. it's meant to absorb heavy metals like copper. I don't know if it's worked as I did not do another ICP test yet. But my corals are looking better since running this in a mess bag in a reactor.

I've recently had a phosphate explosion and now have diatoms again, so annoying!

I went through this try a small o Amount of rowaphos in a reactor Change out within 3-4 weeks. A water change will help with higher phosphate.
