I want to start taking care of my natural hair but with occasional visits to my stylist when I find the right one, do you recommend blow-drying on a lower setting so I wont create heat damage. I only asked because my hair is three different textures and it's super thick so I want to get the bone straight effect. What should i use if my hair is thin and i want volume!

Mix eggs peppermint oil olive oil coconut oil avocado banana black castor oil mayo honey grape seed oil.. do this b4 u wash ur hair and let the mix sit in your head for 30 minutes with a plastic cap or grocery bag on top. (wash out with cool water) use a shampoo with biotin in it. get some aloe vera and put it in ur hair however u feel is best. DEEP CONDITION. after ur hair is dry oil ur scalp and use oil or grease to seal the moisture in ur hair. eating healthy and taking vitamins can help too

korayma delgadillo do not use a whole bunch of oils. It will definitely weigh your hair down. You need products specifically made for your hair type. I use Paul Mitchell MarulaOil products on my cousin’s hair but for her specifically, I use the Volume Shampoo and Conditioner, the Light MarulaOil, the Serum and Extending Primer. For other clients and myself, I use the heavier products. Instead of bumping your ends, you would want more curls to give you some volume.
