I love the information you provided with Olaplex. I’ve described Olaplex in a similar fashion. It’s like temporary scaffolding. No one would trust a building made out of scaffolding; we all expect some solid structure. So I don’t expect Olaxplex to fix my hair, but I feel it is temporary scaffolding that adds strength while I work on any damage to my hair.

Good info!!! My fine hair can’t take titanium plates. The times I’ve had bad heat damage it was from that high temp babyliss titanium iron. My hair always bounces back with ceramic irons. All hair can’t take the same heat.
@stephluvs73 жыл бұрын
Girl the babyliss is the devil!!! I love how silky it gets my hair but baby... i always get some kind of heat damage with the babyliss. What ceramic iron do you use? I don’t dare flat iron my hair myself. I go to a stylist for a silk press
@daniellenicole19803 жыл бұрын
Omg yessss you’re so right lol. I have fine hair as well and years ago I used the babyliss iron and had a head full of heat damage. I now only use Nume flat iron, it’s been 4 years since I’ve been using Nume and I never suffer with heat damage no matter how high the heat. I really do think it depends on the individuals hair.

I actually found your channel by accident. I love watching hair videos.... extensions, silk presses, dyes, color corrections, you name it. I was watching one video about extensions and just letting it flow into another one and I was doing something else but listening to the video. One of yours popped into queue and I immediately stopped what I was doing and watched and listened. I have been trying to get my hair healthy again, from a lifetime of crimping and dyeing and heat damage, in general. That isn;t easy to do when one lives in the hottest state on earth. From that one video I watched, I learned how to wash my hair differently. Granted, I don't have the same texture as most of your clientele and I am not a hairdresser but, you, sir, are amazing! I have watched hundreds of other hairdressers/educators and none of them talk about how to wash the hair and correctly moisturize the shaft as you do. Thank you, very much. I don't mind your talking, I want to learn how to better take care of my hair. Please make more videos. Thank you!!!
