Damn so many people are hating on this man for talking about the Shipping. I also ordered and it is already taking longer than the 8-12 days to process listed on the website (and yes I am not counting weekends or holidays). How can people be so offended over a review 😂😂

You're 100% correct! These things are disgusting. I was so excited from all the TikToks I've seen, that I splurged on the $140 box directly from the manufacturer, and now I can't return it. Every flavor is like eating a cheap box of sugar cubes from Walmart with a sticky, tasteless blob inside. ZERO flavor. So disappointed. I wanted to give five stars with all my heart because the ordering process was easy, the packaging is lovely, and I received them very quickly, but the flavor counts the most, and for this, it is an absolute ripoff. 😞

I tried SilkyGem and got quite a few boxes, I wasn’t really impressed with majority of flavors. They were beautiful and the crunch was there, the flavors just weren’t there enough for me. More like essenced water. Tried Kandy Seoul this time which is a different type of crystal candy, they should be here in a couple hours and I’m so so excited. I really hope they don’t disappoint but with the reviews I don’t think it wil. I think I just like the Korean crystal candy more and she makes her candies with honey so the flavors flavor.

I ordered their Nomu Shida crystal candies and their Halloween box. Shipping and processing does take longer but she is only one person with a very small team doing other jobs, also pregnant or with a newborn I forget so that makes sense. And honestly with the flavors they have it was worth the wait. I messaged her on ig and she was very helpful and said she would get my box out the following day and she did.😊

On silky gem, she makes it pretty clear that her candy has varying levels of crunchiness and that if you want a more crunchy candy, let the candy sit out for a couple more days. Her processing time is about 5-10 days and shipping is about 5-10 as well. Please read these sites before you purchase

Forget shipping, the product itself is 👎🏻 I ordered 3 boxes and all of them tasted the SAME. If you’re curious about the taste: take 8 tablespoons of white sugar, dissolve it in half cup of water, and drink it. THATS ALL IT IS 😂 I couldn’t take more than 1 bite. I wasted $110 and it’s just sitting there because no one wants to eat it. I wish I had seen this review to save me that money.

I don’t believe you gave this company a fair chance. One, you bought one flavor when she has manyyyy flavors to try. You could have bought her treasure box that has like 30 pieces of candy with multiple flavors. Then, you didn’t read her website. She is a small business and she is making all of these candies by hand. When these candies are just made, they are like jelly and very soft. In order for them to get crunchy, they have to sit for like 6 days. That’s why I’m her website, her processing time is 3-10 days. Processing is different than shipping. Also you purchased your order on a non business day. So she wasn’t gonna start your order right away. We have to stop expecting these small business to operate like other places like amazon. Amazon has its own warehouse, workers, planes and all that. This woman is most likely doing this business out of her house.

I was sooo excited to receive mine. But very disappointed! It takes forever to get. Packaging great! Crunch good. Taste I was sooooo disappointed with the taste! I did not like and didn’t really get the sugary or sweet and the different flavors all tasted the same to me! Key lime is my favorite and it tasted nothing like! I was very excited to try these and let me tell you right now, they are not for everyone. The texture was a huge no for me. I don’t really have a texture issue but the inside was hard to get past and the flavor felt like it was only in the crisp part. I still have a lot of respect for the business and would never want to make them look bad because I know they work hard. So just keep in mind if you purchase them, you may not like them and that’s okay because there are plenty of people that do, I just wanted to give an honest review as it was a lot of money I spent for a box of 8 pieces of different flavors.

It says it on the website and I quote "Due to high demand it will take 7 days to PROCESS the order" also says that SHIPPING will be 3-10 days. The processing part is different from shipping considering they are hand made and a very small business. Your review on the candy itself is your opinion and you are free to it, I have had them and I think they are wonderful however the facts are that you misunderstood the processing and shipping stuff my guy. This is not me coming at you either but before you start saying stuff you should consider what you might have misunderstood yourself. None of us are perfect.

oh yes it can take them a few days or weeks for them to deliver since their handmade, and it can take some process for it the gems to get a little hard on the inside since their like jelly when made.

I was so excited to try these because of the asmr Instagramers. Mine took 15 days to deliver, btw. Packaging is beautiful, but finally ate one - was disappointed and didn't like the texture. I bought 2 boxes ($42 each with 15% discount) just to share with coworkers, but now I've felt like my ears (hearing asmr vids) overhyped me. $80+ spent on okay jelly candy, when I could've tried one and finished. I'll just say they have excellent social media marketing using influencers.

I have been curious about these. The review started out great and then went down hill. Question. I looked at their site a couple weeks ago and just went back to make sure I am right….and it says processing is 2-5 days which I’m assuming would be the process of making them and packing them and it says shipping is 3-7 days so wouldn’t that be about right? If you add 5+7 that would equal 12 days total? That part doesn’t really bother me and I guess taste is a matter of opinion. I’m still going to order when I’m able to. Thanks for the review, man!

@@carloandsebYou’re right, I actually found 2 brands that I like way more. Kandy Seoul and Yabumoto Krystal Kandz, they have more flavor and the texture is so much better! I ordered Silky Gem boxes twice and didn’t really care for them. However, the single jewels were fine, mango was good lychee had no flavor but the texture was fine. But the others crystals in the boxes I couldn’t get over the texture and flavors.

i never tried from this seller. I tried from another seller and so far their's is pretty good! i plan on ordering from another seller in the future as well. by my goodness these candies are EXPENSIVE! why are they so damn expensive??!! you certainly cant just snack on them but rather have to savor on a few a day only. if you eat them in all in one sitting thats like 20 to 30 dollars(or more) for 12 to 30 very small pieces of candy! yikes!

I have read the fine lines and it does seem about right for the timeline of the processing & shipping and they are both diff days and they also do state on their site for processing & shipping. i really enjoyed mine and everyone hating it was expecting something with an american taste palate but these are Vietnamese and have a light flavor and before trashing a company take some time to learn about them this business was started by a beautiful single mother and her and her elderly father worked so hard building up this business and keeping track of her son these are very sweet beautiful people and if the product isn't for you then move on no need to try and damage their business by deterring others :( Gia and her father and their whole team are amazing and i loved their products very much

Honestly mine took 3 weeks and it’s not even about that when you get down to the real point. Which is: the flavor is not there. It’s pure sugar. Grab tablespoons full of sugar, dissolve it in water, then drink it. That’s literally what it is. I purchased 3 boxes(over 25 pieces) and every single one of them tasted the same. PURE WHITE SUGAR. Lol. I couldn’t take more than 1 bite. So the price is not justified and when the product itself is not good, shipping is not justified either. When the product is amazing, I don’t mind waiting for 1 month for it to arrive. And trust me, I have waited that long for products to arrive. And when their great, I don’t mind at all. He’s actually the first honest review I’m seeing regarding this product. Wish I had seen this few months back, would’ve save me the $110
