Yes the song is about Divide! Aswell as some of the Silly Billy Bf or Himself lore. This is a alternate universe where gf or herself actually died in this one and he was grieving the loss of her so he wasn't taking care of himself which is why he was so decrepit and Himself's height is actually Bfs cannon height but the devs decided to make him small for some reason. As for Divide its a tribuite to him since he died and he worked on the Sonic.exe mod and this is actually his creation it was called lookalike before! Hope this helpped clear some up.
