I have owned half a dozen ferrets in my life and met many more, and not a single one of those would have just laid there and let any of this happen. Most of them would have simply jumped off that table and go explore instead. This guy's special.

My babies love the hairdryer too! It actually becomes a problem when I’m hanging my head upside down and trying to dry my hair because they all start trying to pull the hairdryer down to them and get in front of it, got caught in my hair a few times lol

My mom groomed 54 Ferrets in her life! Because in my family all of my family members have ferrets and yup my mom also lets her friends that have ferrets get groomed! And there is one ferret that started this thing and he died of a tumor inplant and needed to be put down but every single family member in my family has a ferret they’re favorite place to go is grandma’s and grandpa’s house they love it there and it is crazy that there is 34 baby ferrets in the house because it’s a even number in my family so it’s a even number in the house! And the even number is 54 but the reason why we have so many ferrets is because it all started with my cousin wanted to have so many ferrets before she went to heaven because she had cancer! And then the wish came true by her grandmother!

I never bathe my ferrets. On my nightly leash walks, they "swim" in the grass to clean themselves and they're like cats, cats are self-cleaning.

Had the pleasure of making friends with 2 ferrets and a Great Dane who thought he was lap dog. A BIG Dane who was a cuddle bug and the ferrets Po-doo and Co-doo were his playful, loving, baby brothers. And I was a oversized jungle gym the just happened to move and loved getting licks and gave tummy rubs. It was a day I'll carry with me always.

I'm sorry, and i'm not trying to be rude or disrespectful in any way, but ferrets really shouldn't be bathed with any type of shampoo. Instead fill a sock with dry oatmeal and place it in the bathtub and let your ferret soak in the oatmeal water! Also, Ferrets being bathed too often can lead to the overproduction of oils and dry skin. That is why you should only bathe your ferret once or twice a year, or when absolutely necessary.
