1 800 WISH A NIGGA WOULD, when it comes to Archie, it was management that wanted him to move away from MLP-related music, which led to the creation of his other pseudonym, Desso. I'm not sure what he's doing right now, since it's been a little while since he release a new track, but he has moved back towards music that appeals to the Brony and Pegasister community as well as the general public (which is in itself an impressive achievement).

NexX 35 The thing i don't understand that Mandopony change Profile Pic and Channel Art into a nerd man thing. The FNAF songs is the one that it disturb Brony Musicians. The Living Tombstone and Mandopony used to make Pony songs before FNAF realease. I've been a Brony for almost 2 years and they always make Pony songs back then. Now thx to FNAF Shit they probely stop making pony songs in order to get more views. For me if i make Pony songs or fan animation i care for the fandom no matter what views i got. I keep this song in mind when trying to teach cadets how go through a correct mark time position. Turns out they underperform because as a drill instructor I come across angry, loud and scary. Not because they're incapable of simple balance and body control. This song is pretty much what I tell them. I've seen newbies go from horid to decent in a matter of hours, then ascend to a level I have no words to describe when the time comes to perform in front of their family. It's enough to make a CPWOFF shed liquid pride.

YTPmaster There will always be people making music for the fandom as long as the fandom still lives, it won't be the same names and faces you may know but there are always people doing it. Your best bet is to follow new musicians in the fandom, support them till their known, and if the 'veterans' of the fandom leave links to their non fandom alias follow them and enjoy their future works. It's a cycle and it's bound to happen to everyone.

***** Judging on the ratings, the convention frequency and attendance, and the sheer volume of fan content produced every day, I'd say we haven't reached the peak yet, let alone leave it behind us "in the good old days". =D I understand the feeling of nostalgia you're having as I've been here since the beginning too, but get real: we ain't going anywhere anytime soon. For every artist that leaves the fandom, ten others start making music (and two are actually good). =P

TolianTiger Yeah, I see what you're saying. ^^ In this fandom, when I talk about the "good 'ol days", I'm referring to when it was young and exciting. The fandom was at its peak towards the middle of season 2 and those were some awesome times. I remember when there were hardly any brony musicians, so any new music by the select few was exciting. XD I still remember when Alex S made his first mlp remix in 2011. I still have it. :3 Since Twilight's ascension, the fandom continues to nose dive in numbers, which is perfectly fine. All fandoms die out eventually. I guess it doesn't help that a number of my brony friends have been in the fandom for a long time and like to talk about the "old days" all the time. :P We're just old like that. Haha.

***** There isn't really a nosedive though. Convention atttendances have been constantly rising across the major cons, the Brony Musician Index keeps growing, and FimFiction's stats show that the stories approved / blog posts posted are as high as ever. I mean, yeah, we'll eventually die out, but... we're honestly not even close to that point yet. =P The only "nosedive" is happening to the number of people who were here since the beginning. But like I said, we have a lot of people replacing them, so that's okay. ;)
