I got this figure because I finally decided to watch brave and the bold. I actually got the entire wave case from entertainment earth so I got all of the platinums, just wish the cape was a bit shorter

I just picked this guy up from 2nd and Charles this morning and I'm glad I did, without a doubt my favorite Batman McFarlane made to date, and he's been cooking lately. My only gripe is the cape being a little long but if it's accurate to Bats in the 50s/60s, I'll take it.

I actually have an "Azrael evolution" display with Mcfarlane figures going from Red Azrael to the Bat Raptor Batman (my pretend AzBats) to Knightfall armored Batman to Blue and Red KnightsEnd Batman. That figure you eluded to creating at 7:33 is a game changer!! 😮

I actually did a Tim Sale Batman custom using a similar Recipe to the Year 2 limbs on Golden Age Batman’s torso. Kinda funny how these things work out

I’m glad I finally have a Batman for my silver age JL. Now they just need a Superman that will fit in that era. For me I’d have to kit bash something but I’m not sure what. Also I’m glad the Batarang isn’t 3 sized to big like they usually are.

While I prefer the Golden and Bronze/Modern age designs (especially the one we see on the black and grey Knightfall figure), this is making me want to customize him into a Brave & the Bold cartoon version since I saw that show as much as I did the 2004 Batman cartoon and reruns of BTAS

Two things: This is exactly how Earth-2 Batman was drawn (largely because Batman didn't change much for 25 years), making this a great Justice Society addition. There's enough value in this one for a lot of DC collectors to want to double dip. Second: I was DYING to see if you'd put the Silver Age head on the Knightfall Azrael body. Dammit! Why do you hate nice things? I'm going to have to track my Jean Paul down eventually and try this. Oh! Third thing! I found the Platinum chase Zur-En-Arrh version of this yesterday and, to my surprise, he has a unique head with a different facial expression. Given that there are rumors of something like 4 more Silver Age Batman redecos coming, I'm curious if the facial expressions are going to continue to vary.
