Next time try Haven in Hopton on sea in Norfolk its a great place to come and stay for a few days right near the sea 🌊 I'm a caravan cleaner for Haven Hopton from Alan Shelley in Lowestoft 😊

Blood On the double duvet comes free at Golden Sands. There last year unfortunately never saw it until I removed duvet cover at end of stay. Booked two caravan got one at each end of park. Management would not do any thing to help

Never in 25 yrs had a problem that the site staff didn't resolve promptly. Stayed all over the Uk with Haven.

Your lucky we stayed at burham on sea in a gold weekend of friday 28th june till Monday 1st July 2024 for my 54th birthday! (1st time i have stayed at a haven since i was a kid in the 80s ( cala gran blackpool im now down south west so burnham was obv choice about an hr and a half drive down the m5) and didnt even get duvet covers! ...we got towels , play passes ect BUT NO duvet covers at all! and when we booked and were loking through the diferent options , saver, bronze ect AT Burnham if your in a saver you dont even get bedding you have to bring your own acording to the web site! couldnt download the haven app, reception staff not realy helpfull tbh they were pleasant and nice enough but all they gave us was directions to our caravan and that was it when we checked in...also on the have site they advertise pappa johns, burger king and cooks fish and chips BUT(it may differ from site to site) what they didnt say was yep we have them but the dont open till 4 or 5pm so unless you cooked in your caravan in the day you had to use the one resturaunt on site and they had run out of a lot of stuff on the menu!...Im not bashing Haven at all the site was lovely and the caravan they just need to tweek things a bit is all ..we very prob would go back but at least now we know what to expect etc! it differs so so much from site to site!
