Is there a dedicated lounge for passengers in transit, as ill be in that position in 2023.

nope, passengers in transit and outbound passengers are at present accommodated at the same lounge...

Whilst the silverkris lounge is huge, it cannot cater the heavy traffic from 8-11pm. It's super crowded that its difficult to even get a seat. And though the gold lounge looks like it has lesser to offer, however it is much better than many gold lounges from other airports in terms of f&b. Maybe even space.

Nice to know, I haven't been to these lounges on dinner time. I guess the situation is better now that terminal 2 SIA lounges are recently opened.
