To understand Silver Stacking just look at inflation and answer a simple question: Over the next 10 years would you rather hold 1,000 ounces of Silver or hold $30,000 cash in a safe? Take probable annual Inflation @ 5.5%. This will "Guarantee" that your $30,000 will be deflated to just $17,562. However holding Silver will (at LEAST) hold today's value of $30,000 in terms of future purchasing power. Additionally, due to "Scarcity" and "Economic Value", Silver should be worth much more.

The likelihood of someone holding $30k in a safe is much lower than them holding it in a bank in a high interest yielding account. Not saying that the latter is better than holding silver but it would be a more realistic comparison.

Physical delivery with mine production slowdowns and demand from industries for silver means more usage than availability. To compound these facts the Kensian fiat economics cycle looks to be ending in the US and worldwide. AS COUNTRIES return to Austrian economics and precious metals in digital form, as coin of the realm, becomes the norm my opinion is that the targets will be much more robust this time around. Their attitude was take it or leave it. I am grateful that somehow I found out that our fiat money was not only continuing to lose value but was doing it at an alarming rate and increasing speed! @@CamboHODL I think you’ll find a renewed distrust in banks in time, akin to the 1930s. Silicon Valley Bank’s collapse was nothing more than an old fashioned bank run in 2023. The three Js (Jerome, Janet and Joe) quickly backstopped the infection late on a Sunday afternoon (in March, 2023) before the virus spread worldwide…insuring that the FDIC program (or their new scheme) covered not only $250,000 per depositor but bailed out business accounts in ANY amount. In time I see a significant number of people opting for home safes over bank vaults for monetary safety.

My grandson turns 3 years old today and he already has 46 ounces of silver. He gets silver for birthdays and Christmas. When he gets cash from other relatives, that cash is used to buy silver with.

I am waiting for the Silver to gold ratio to get closer to 50 to 1- thats why I bought almost exclusively silver over the last 3 years. The downside is that it is not as liquid or transferable as gold but it will pay off in the long run, hopefully by 2026.

Agreed. I bought some just before the pullback. But I know it's fine because I know the long term trend is always upwards. No reason to cry over 50-100 bucks here and there. It has already gone up drastically over the past year, of course it will be volatile but ultimately it will go up.

@@baldguymoneyofficial I really like you video's because of your down to earth, (probably quite conservative) numbers. Just as 888strummer here I think Silver will surprise a lot of people. Anyway, if someone asks me 'where do you get your info?', I tend to tell 'm about this channel. Just because they won't be dissapointed. But with all the green engery stuff, wars (weapons need A LOT of silver), the differnce in what comes out of the ground and what's needed/wanted, the AI-story, and a probable return for silver as a monetary metal, I'm convinced silver is the place to be right now. I don't expect the boom to happen shortly (months), but I guess within a couple of years some of us will wish they stacked a lot more... Have a nice time in Turkey!

@@baldguymoneyofficial I thnk the big differences now compared to other U.S. recessions are the national debt being at $35 trillion and the current state of the world. We have the middle east war and the Russia-Ukraine war and the threat of China attacking Taiwan looming. So I see a bad recession coming for us in America; along with these other factors that didn't exist in 1979, 2000, 2008, 2011 and 2020. There also is the current push by many nations to no longer trade in U.S. dollars that adds to the appeal of gold and silver, which is another factor that didn't exist in our previous recessions when gold and silver spiked. I'm not buying any more Gold at this $2,500 + Premium price. So, I just picked up 800 nice 90% Kennedy and Franklin Halves at my local dealer for only $8,800, which is only $22 per $1 face value (3.4% premium) - an excellent deal, (Spot @ $29.41) and about 1/3 of them are AU+ condition. This boosts my Silver stack to 1,785 ozs. This is certainly a good amount, and my plan is to trade some of it for Gold when (hopefully) the Silver to Gold ratio drops to a tasty level.

In the UK the best thing I can say is to focus on Gold as there is no VAT on it. Maybe get a little silver - but gold is your best bet.

I have been in silver since 2007. I had the chance to accumulate and then sell for a huge profit. Over the last 10 years, i have been accumulating again. Patience is key. Long term, silver will continue in that upward channel. Selling some for profit when it pushes through that higher trend line and gets overpriced will happen. Gold and Silver are a long game and the only real way to truly save purchasing power.

It seems like Bald Guys' projections of gold and silver prices up to 2033, seem reasonable in a conservative sense. But I think they actually maybe only 75% or so "complete ; as they don't seem to factor in the accelerating inflation that we can get , in the coming nine years. That applies to an inflation rate that I wouldn't consider to be "hyperinflation"; but none -the- less ; accelerated to what we've experienced , prior to the 2020 mini-recession.

Good idea, in a SHTF scenario, 1,000 plus silver coins is to heavy to carry around, 40 ounces of gold is a lot easier to take with you.

@@jessebenitez42Gold is good during peaceful times but it can get you killed in SHTF scenario. Gold fractionals are safer during SHTF. And Silver and copper are safest. Because copper and silver aren't easy to carry around, thieves would find it hard to steal your stack.

Silver price is driven by futures trading and is the most manipulated commodity in history. Supply/demand is not even a mechanism anymore. Gold may soon become the Only tier 1 asset for BRICS countries/economies because the dollar is specifically disallowed.

Hey BGM! I wish you could have expounded a bit more throughly on those who might have overloaded on silver. I think that might have came from two things: 1) those in the analysis space talked up silver as a better value then gold and not to buy gold at its all time high, and 2) the price of gold being too high to have much of it let alone money for other things in case you might have got in too deep with gold to buy silver to compliment your gold or just to pay bills. That would be great if you can do that here on your KZbin channel. Great stuff! Keep up the good work!

Bravo, well done. I have gotten use to the volatility of silver. I think some folks just get a "knee jerk" reaction when they see a beat down. I have often wondered how many actually take advantage of pull backs on gold and silver and buy more? I do remind myself that THE DEBT is something that will NEVER be addressed because the system is a fractional reserve system based on more and more never-ending debt and the U.S. has abused it at the expense of other countries. Thank you, i like your alternative view on gold and silver. Im from Casablanca Morocco. And i have a question: Do Americans also stack golden jewelry ?? In Morocco we dont have hyperinflation yet. But the inflation is hurting us. We are lucky that gold is very important in our culture and traditions as weddings etc.. so most familys ( about 98% ) already own gold. Not the bars or coins but jewelry rings necklace etc.. and decoration stuff. People are stacking a lot of extra simple golden 8gram 14K and 18K rings, to prepare for a turkish scenario and sell small bits to survive. You pay a higher premium for jewellery but you may not get that premium back when you need to sell. If you get hyperinflation nobody will care anymore about how beautiful a gold necklace was made, they will just pay you for the weight in gold. So, it would be more prudent to just buy gold and not gold jewellery.

Agreed, but by the same token you should not frame it as if it’s 2008-2011 being repeated. At least put it in context within a current global economy on the verge of failing like no other time in history. It is more accurate to compare things now with Weimar Germany than a deep recession and a mortgage crisis 14 years ago.

Yes. The prices of silver & gold rise as much as the banks & financial establishment allow them too. It's only when they lose control of the financial system & can't hide the obvious that either are allowed to rise in price. So economic crises or insolvency appear to be the primary driver of this rise & not necessarily demand.

Everything is manipulated though, I just think people need to tamper down their expectations a bit, I think both metals will go up and outperform the s&p 500 but they are not going up hundreds of times in value like people think. Think about it silver has a market cap of over a trillion dollars, gold is like 11 trillion dollars. All the companies in the s&p 500 account for 44 trillion dollars and they are possibly overvalued, so when people say gold will 100x I don’t think it will even 10x because that would mean the metal would be worth more than the entire US economy which employs everyone…

Agree that the government and central banks will do what they can to prevent a severe depression. Have more than sufficient physical silver stacked. Still buying some physical gold but also have more than I really need. In the market, holding a couple of gold mining stocks (both have silver as a by product). Also hold PSLV and CEF both which will move with silver price. These are my gamble on rising silver prices. If your assumptions are correct and banks will be forced into taking out more fed back dollars, all that happened, is kicking the can down the road. Printing more liquidity into the market, leads to higher prices, for gold and silver. Considering your forcasts for the future are based on current bubble events and not the future printing, your projections would be low. As of right now, deflation is hitting the markets. Food prices at restaurants are in free fall. Housing markets are starting to drop and in some big markets, they are in free fall mode. Right now personal debt is at all time highs. People and companies will dump gold and silver to pay debts. As these markets drop and deflation takes hold, I suspect the following will happen: Gold and silver will drop in price. Especially for silver, as big banks will hold gold. Once the bottom is hit, we will see gold move up in dollars vs gold. However, silver will run hard and fast, surprising everyone. It will cause the slow listeners to jump in and run silver like it did crypto. That will be the time to dump silver and purchase food, gold, self protection and run. Once people can't get food and necessary commodities, all hell will break loose.

At that point people would have nothing to lose and thus not be dependant on the state . You put it in a bag and take it with you. You have to declare it when leaving the country and entering your destination. Just make sure you familiarize yourself with a documentation you may need to show customs before you travel. I have done it with large amounts of gold and silver. No issues at all. Many KZbinrs lie about this for views.

What is surprising, however, is how long they've been able to kick the can down the road with various accounting gimmicks and dollar manipulation. TY BaldGuy! I've never paid much attention to the fluctuating PM spot price except when I had some disposable fiat burning a hole in my pocket. Same thing with charts. In the last few months I discovered the KZbin PM community. And the stacking videos are full of discussions on whys and whens prices change, and charts to validate opinions and predictions. When it comes to charts, price history, and thoughts on the future of both... Bald Guy presents the information that my brain can understand. I've been lucky when it comes to buying PMs. I got into stacking in the late 90s. I got lucky when I sold my ugly metals in 2011. (The only time I've ever sold any). According to Bald Guy, it seems timing luck might work for me again as I am close to putting fiat into physical metal again. If not? I will still be converting some fiat into 84 silver eagles, and anything else that is available once that goal is met. TYVM Bald Guy!

When I say ugly, I mean broken 14k jewelry, bits and pieces of gold and silver, 10k class ring type stuff, and some, dirty junk silver, some old dirty balboas and similar silver, 40% JFK, and a filthy, gritty, gnarly looking Engelhard 10 oz bar for crazy money. Probably forgot some, too. Back then when I got silver that was tarnished, I figured to not touch it. When I started stacking, I was flipping early 20th century furniture, and sometimes "fixing" a piece would ruin it's value. I thought it could be the same with silver coins. Plus, I'm lazy. The milk spots never bothered me, either. In fact, I didn't learn the term until a couple-3 weeks ago. I'm not sure if I noticed milk spots when I got them, or if they were called that back then. In hindsight... I'm glad that I got them, but wish I had not sold the ugly silver. Oh well.

I disagree markets will crash 70℅ or more. Treasury cannot lend further. Foreign countries no one wants our Treasury Bonds other than our own FEd reserve. The debt will be too expensive. bailout will not be so easy.
