Great video, and one amazing pour! Hammering it was also a brilliant idea. And then I see you finished off the masterpiece with a good antiquing. I was happy to see that there were no mishaps when you quenched it. My first giant Petra bond poor resulted in an explosion when I quenched it. That’s because I forgot to remove the burnt sand, and Kapow, got a face full of sand or was it mud LOL. Have a great weekend, LL

Quick question. Could I place a steel mold into the crucible with the silver in it. Melt the silver while it's in the mold, then just remove the crucible and remove the mold with the bar cooling down in it? This would save having to get the pouring right.
