Its my fav brand but i am very disappointed by the death of such large number of coolers , all because of bad coolant that is gunking up and hindering the coolant flow
Have alot more to repair let me know if u guys are interested to see more such videos
So in this video i have tear it apart completely and brought it back to life.

I have the same cooler, decided to refill it with water but after seeing this video and reading the comments I decided to go for a car coolant. Took some time but I was able to fill it up with the new coolant and now and getting very low and stable temps(under 40 degrees Celsius as opposed to 60 before). Thanks for the video.👍👍👍

water would have worked but it evaporates quicker. Car coolant works best unless its of very cheap quality u know the one that has just colors in water, that after sometime gunk up everything. Anyways these coolers have super strong pumps so if the temps start messing up u can do it again but atleast for a year or so u will be good. THansk for coming back and sharing

Hi, i having trouble filling the coolant. I shake the raditor and there is always empty space in it. And what the hole function in corner radiator ? Should i filling it with the hole open ? Thanks before

fill with the hole open it will let the air out and filling will be easy, However there will always be some air left no matter what. So once the slushing sound in rad is very less it means u have filled it well. If u mount the radiator on the top u wont have to worry much even 70% fill will do the trick. The best way to check decent fill is that. After running the pump for 10-18 min its should become silent if its still producing grinding noise it means there are still more bubble /air and its going thru the pump again n again

@@DIYTech21 so if the coolant already come out from the corner hole i must close it and continue the refill ? . And 1 again my problem, i use 12volt adaptor to running the pump and i use reservoir so i can running the pump and fill it without keep holding it. But, is it normal if the water pump flow fast when just after turn on the adapter, and after a minute the flow became very slow ? Or its because my pump already abnormal ? Sorry for my bad english 😄

@@titusgry u are saying the pump become slow because the noise or audio gets low. Its because there is air in start and once the pump starts working properly the noise gets low. So it is not an issue its good. Pump should be very low in noise after few minutes it shows the loop is good filled. Instead of worrying just close it and install in sysytem :D

Hi, How did you remove the one-way screw?

use a flat head screw driver wide enough that covers the entire _ length of screw's head. Press down hard and rotate. It will grip. If this method isnt clear let me know will try to explain better :P

@@rockydavie second one is a bit messy. U will need to JB weld something on it and the counter clockwise to open

@@LL7JB Well the only thing that can cause above is if the plastic beneath has been broken. Open all the rest

Which liquid do you use to refill the radiator ?

Car coolant normal. Its better than that gunking up classified coolant the brands are using :P

@@kunalkotharkar2174 yes u can even that will be better than what they have used.. Car Coolant will be better though due to high boiling and low freezing point than distilled water. ITs really cheap though go for car coolant.

@@DIYTech21 i have a same AIO and it stopped working.. i guess it has some blockage in the pump . It also does make bubble noise too loud and its cooling doesn't even work.. so i guess I'll have to clean that. Thanks for the information. It was really helpful 👍
