Totally agree, everyone is living better quality lives not to mention these homes are still expensive for what they are and you don't get the peace of mind. As you buy you are immediately face is cost of adding a was washroom.

Applications for phase 3 and 4 have already passed. The next phase to come is 5, don't know when of 2023. NHT usually advise well in advance so follow all their socials for immediate update aswell.

Did you went to NHT website (www.nht.gov.jm/) and completed all the states for the scheme of your choice and the stage of submitting your application received a message that they reached maximum amount of application? As I attempted for Silver Sun Estate to test and I was able to proceed to 2nd stage. Guys have anyone of you upto now attempted and received notification that maximum application already received?
