it wasn't about the baking or pizza, it was an advertisement for the SMEG brand oven. Did not even pretend to be about baking.

Great recipe Silvia. I usually make it with potatoes, rosemary and extra virgin olive oil with a sprinkle of parmiggiano our kids really like it🥰

I am baffled by the silicon base on the oven stone.... The silicon should not be used in higher temperatures, something like 200 or 220C is the limit. However, when I make a pizza, the temp is over 250C. If I go lower, it takes longer and then it dries out the pizza base too much

The double thickness mat from Amazon will go to 470F or 244 C so they are available. Are you also using a SMEG oven?
