Gwen is the worst! acting as if she is being honest with Ethan. She and her mother destroyed his life and framed the woman he loves for what they did. She even has the nerve to blame Theresa for how Ethan’s life turned out? Wow!!.. Theresa is not perfect and she needs to learn from her mistakes but Gwen deliberately set out to hurt Ethan, Ivy and Theresa (just to try and get him crawling back to her in chains!) because Gwen knows Ethan would never have gone back to her on his own. He loves Theresa NOT Gwen! Gwen is just the rebound to him now 😠.

If she had run to him that next morning he probably would have been mad, but he would have directed that anger where it belongs, with Julian but she didn’t.

@@heathervelasco5159 Of course it is: interatrial septum, aortic dissection, etc. Otherwise... the soap makes no medical sense, almost 100% of the cases: giving alcohol to a person who fainted, in order to make the person regain stamina, or to die because of sadness... or to make a person about to die, live, by just telling the person that you love her... please. You cannot die of a broken heart (sadness) unless something organic comes with it: suicide or excessive inflammatory response or etc.
