Great, but ever heard of Stelvio? A hard decision and for me Stelvio is the real winner. It is no Tollway . It goes high up and give great panoramas, but..... once in a while you have to stop to see what is around you. Just chasing up or down is no good at all.

Yep, Stelvio is very nice. I believe it's sharp serpentine is the best I've ever seen, but if take in common my choise is Silvretta with greener scenes and lake with ex-glacier view.

@@tripcatchme Most are great in their own respect. Many roads in the Alps and many different preferences also. Austria is moer a mix and Swiss is in some places very extreme and a few miles further very mild. I never knew the StGallen area has its own charmes.

Can't wait until next season to have a week trip over Swiss. Our travel map is full of POIs there, St.Gallen as well in the list.
