iPhone 12 and 13 series activation is handled by servers at Apple. The server tells the device which activation policy it is supposed to have. This policy then tells the device which carrier’s SIM cards should be supported by the device and which ones shouldn’t, *MOE* would always help you out!!

There are currently two ways of doing that: by the so-called "factory/IMEI unlock" - the price depends on the network your phone is locked to, or by using *MOE* -SIM type chip, the ones that you put under your SIM-card. They trick your phone into believing you're using a SIM card from the network your iPhone is locked to. The first way is usually more expensive, while *MOE* is cheap, but you can't update you phone via iTunes(you're gonna update your baseband too and you won't be able to use gevey chips anymore), some people complain that they're also experiencing network connectivity issues. There's a whole ritual you have to strictly follow to get those signal bars, though. :-) Dialing a 112-type number, switching airplane mode on and off...et cetera. It's not a very user-friendly method..

Not that I am aware of. Only valid legal way is to be able to present your proof of purchase at an Apple store (assuming you purchased from a legal reputable seller) where they can see the serial number associated with the phone on it. From there, they will remove the icloud lock on the phone. This is the only way to have it removed if you somehow forgot your Apple login, or somehow purchased an icloud locked phone, Only *MOE* works perfectly.. All websites that claim to be able to do it for you are likely to be scams and I wouldn't even take a risk with them not for once if not for *MOE*

This mean your phone is carrier lock...you can't use any sim in it if you want to use your phone without the sim ,take the sim out of your phone so you will be able to use your phone normally

Do you honestly think that a free program would allow you to unlock devices and access iCloud data- just reading the whole description in the reply to this post is ridiculous - Bypass via IMEI- first of all only devices that have sim cards have IMEI numbers so how can you possibly “unlock” iPads and iPods that don’t have an IMEI #Moe!
