I hope DICT can provide the public a report if all rules of the sim card registration are being complied after its deadline. I know DICT and the public will test randomly unregistered simcard's and check if there are still active simcards available in the market. The word "momentarily" can't be able to access, meaning those sims which are not registered past deadline but associated with e-wallets may still be accessed and registered, but should be investigated too prior to retrieval of funds.

This issue is why they approve extentions. Clearly scammers can still retrieve funds from their past victims.
