Half of the "Sinbad Jr." cartoons were produced by Hanna-Barbera for American-International Television in 1965. The other ones were animated by Sam Singer {"COURAGEOUS CAT AND MINUTE MOUSE"}, and featured "simpler" animation and a different voice cast.

Yes, I noticed that flaw as well. I wonder why the sudden voice change in that cartoon, although such "double voices" were created even going back to the theatrical age. I'd seen these cartoons on syndicated TV in the 1960's. I wonder if the Warner Archive will bring these out completely on DVD, but then again, wasn't this series begun by the same people that gave us "COURAGEOUS CAT AND MINUTE MOUSE"?

Sinbad Jr. had to be the only Hanna-Barbera program that Dal McKennon had anything to do with. He could've done more for H-B, such as episodes of The Flintstones(his Woody Woodpecker co-stars, Paul Frees and Daws Butler were also involved), The Jetsons, Top Cat, Jonny Quest, etc.!!!
