Their arguments were both correct and true. Like Stolas has been in love with Blitz since childhood and owls mate for life so since Blitz was his first love... And when Blitz came back to his life, he thought Blitz really wanted him. But Blitz needed the book and he couldn't believe anyone would love him since he's an imp, especially Stolas since he's part of the Ars Goetia. But honestly, I believe Blitz fell along the way, like how hurt he was when they were at Ozzie's and he thought Stolas was ashamed of him when Stolas was just embarrassed that he got called out for cheating on Stella and besmirching Blitz's reputation. He even suggested hanging out without sex but Blitz couldn't see past his hurt then. Blitz's dyslexia hampered him from texting Stolas back so he kept his words to a minimum compared to the paragraphs Stolas would send, it made Stolas think Blitz didn't care. And then at the start of the episode, Blitz himself mentioned that he preferred to think about sex instead of feelings because that was too scary and complicated. So I get why it went down like it did. Stolas was too emotional because he wanted Blitz to want to be with him, unfortunately, Blitz wasn't prepared enough, he really thought it was impossible for Stolas to be telling the truth. Honestly that last part, Blitz was challenging Stolas to have a conversation though he went about it in a harsh way, and Stolas' mistake was throwing Blitz out when he was just about to apologize. Jesus fucking Christ this is a mess. I can't wait for the next episode though!!!

Let's not forget that Stolas never forgot about his childhood friendship with Blitzø. Blitzø however, forgot about Stolas entirely and played it off as if he did remember. That's what makes this so heartbreaking for me.

Y'know, as much as I think Blitz' response wasn't ideal. It's too bad the Stolas couldn't see the subtext. Blitz HAD the crystal. He could easily say "Great thanks. Peace. " and leave. yeah...stolasreally did spring this out of the blue on blitzo....no real forwarning...like its obvious to us because we see both sides...but for blitzo...he had no reason to think stolas was just going to end their transactional agreement and stolas HAD leaned into sex being what he wanted from blitzo HARD from the begining due to being repressed as fuck and feeling freedom that his trice with blitzo gave him from stella. just...stolas was so worried he would lose blitzo he didn't thik about properly convincing himor how itwould look like he was dismissing or didnt need blitzo at all...amd I get him being hurt at blitzo ot taking his sort of confession seriously...but he was also in the wrong for not considering that last time they were out in public stolas looked ashamed for being with blitzo when fizz and ozzie called him out. stolas talks a big game about wanting to be equal with blitzo but just dropped the bomb and then tried to leave the conversation without REALLY talking it out. just ouch all around.

I didn’t enjoy the Cherrubs episode, Best I could give is a 4.5/10. Found the subplot to be entirely pointless and just…. Why? Could’ve been better. They could’ve kept the entire childhood friend plotline ( I didn’t like it either, but too lazy to write around the shit. ) with them staying friends but eventually drifting apart due to some issue. ( Due to their Class, or jobs, or with Blitzø going to jail continuously- Which causes Stolas’s family to order Stolas to break all communication with Him to uphold his Royal Image. ) The Place is the same with the Party but afterwards with Stolas stumbling over his feet through the halls after downing all those bottles of Alcohol and Encountering Blitzø in the halls in the middle of his little mission of stealing the grimoire (( Little Details: He Remembers Stolas Constantly carrying around the book and talking about his future duties as a Kid )) Blitzø freezes at the sight of him and There’s a moment of silence as they stare at each other before Blitzø tries to greet him with an awkward smile but Stolas- Seemingly unable to remember him and mistakes him for a new hire simply shoo’s him away like a fly while saying something derogatory ( Like an Imp slur, or sum shit and yes he’s classist. He’s not gonna be an UwU Boy and I’m keeping his original Pilot personality but adding a few things to it.) due to his intoxication which causes Blitzø to just raise a brow in both shock and confusion since he doesn’t remember Stolas acting this way when they were younger. ( Pause ) (( BRO I’M TOO TIRED TO CONTINUE TYPING THIS SHIT DOWN 💀 If someone comments I’ll try and do something abt it- Or maybe If you have an opinion you can tell me and maybe I can fix it…. Btw sorry if my grammar is ass. ))
