This video was hard for me to enjoy. Not trying to be a hater or anything, but I would not have uploaded this one. I know he might've had a bad day or something but constantly complaining about the deck was annoying, and I don't think the other player enjoyed it either. Izzet creativity is a well-established archetype, and if you're going to both build and play it poorly, you don't get to complain. Lastly, if you aren't sure whether you made a land drop for your turn, play it safe and don't play another (Mutavault @28:24 and Pathway @31:00 same turn). Sorry if this came off as antagonistic; I just wanted to give feedback on the quality of the video.

I do not buy that the player forgot about a land since it was mutavault which he announced aloud and then he put it into the graveyard as a target for the ability. It was just an act to mana ramp. It does not help that he talks a lot to himself so in result the opponent's focus on the game decreased. It all adds up to foul play rather than a mistake.

@@vaazon I'm not so quick to assume. I've made similar mistakes that may have looked suspicious but in reality was me simply overlooking something while trying to plan/sequence/etc. A small detail is that the land he played for turn ended up no longer on the field, so if he (and I do this myself all the time) based his conclusion that he had another land drop on the fact that he had the same number of lands as he did the previous turn, then I can see a world where he simply made a mistake. This is why I recommend not playing the land if you can't remember, and especially if the turn has been very long and complicated.
