History tells us even today there is a tribe in the areas of the Jamicas and this tribe speaks broke twi which is the natural dilect of the Ghanaians and they identify as Ghanians brought during the slave trade. So it would make sense that they would continue to produce simpler foods upon arriving in the west. We are family brothers and sister history and dna states this fact. ✌️💪🙏
